At Flinders Health2Go we understand that families need support across a wide range of health needs for their children and that timely access to this support can make a huge difference.
Flinders Health2Go are pleased to offer the community two local, bulk billed Paediatric Nurse Practitioner services. A general paediatric service open to all children aged 0 -18 years and a child and family health service for families with babies and younger children. Our Nurse Practitioners can assess, investigate and diagnose a broad range of childhood conditions and provide education and comprehensive management plans, tailored to your child and family's needs. Our Nurse Practitioners can also prescribe appropriate medications and refer to specialists as required. Services are delivered by an experienced, qualified Nurse Practitioners in collaboration with Paediatricians, allied health professionals and students across a variety of health disciplines.
Support services include but are not limited to;
- Child developmental assessment
- Aboriginal health
- Asthma review and Management including development of Asthma Action Pans
- Autism Spectrum Disorder/ADHD advice, advocacy and management
- Eczema and allergy
- Obesity and weight management
- Sports injury
Child and Family Health
- Lactation consultant services
- Sleep and feeding support
- Parenting support
- Child behaviour advice

Note: all appointments are Medicare bulk billed and a chronic disease management plan is not required.
